The EP features three tracks. The original version of ‘Origins’ is a classic slice of contemporary prog with eastern promise. Sparse percussion and a firm 909 kick form the foundations as Senses of Mind hang all manner of sweeps, melodies and chants creating a maelstrom of energy, punctuated only by the ethereal breaks.

Belgian superstars and Labyrinth residents, Joyhauser toughen the groove keeping the main motifs for a solid techy reworking. The drums are more insistent, the energy more visceral. This is a heads-down 3 am vibe that works magnificently well.

Kevin de Vries unique take on the trancey end of techno has taken the scene by storm. In keeping with the ideals of the 90s Belgian pioneers such as CJ Bolland and Yves Deruyter his remix deeper than the original but builds into an enormous stadium-shaking behemoth which is sure to impress. Gaining huge support from the likes of Tale Of Us, Mind Against and other electronic heavyweights.
