The city I would love to move to one day…

I honestly think Berlin is the place to be! The feeling I have when I am there is just different to many places I have been before. And, I am not only talking about the music scene, but also the culture and freedom. It was definitely, love at first sight! With time I realized that cold weather and darkness is not for me. However, summers in Berlin are just amazing! I still remember the first time I visited the city in summer, I loved it!

The last place to blow my mind was…

No doubt, Wynwood in Miami. The biggest art scene is EE.UU is happening in this neighbourhood. Just walking around Wynwood inspires you. Art galleries, retail stores, eclectic bars, artisanal eateries… I was literally amazed by this place. Everyone should visit Wynwood at least once in their lives.

I never get on a flight without…

My laptop, headphones and chocolate cookies. I love making music while flying. Unfortunately, after some hours your battery gets low, then you are left with no choice but to start eating those cookies.

The most surreal thing that’s ever happened to me while travelling was…

Some years ago I was flying to San Francisco and I met the Prime Minister at that time. We talked for a while and I remember telling him about “black” money (undeclared) I got paid for some gigs, that was the end of the conversation.

The most unique place I’ve ever played was…

First time I went to Ibiza was in 2006. I went there to release my first live act in Space Ibiza. Many good things happened to me that day. For me, it will be always remembered as one of my most beautiful experiences of my life.

The loneliest I’ve ever felt travelling was…

It happens really often. As far as I remember the hardest time was after paying in Norway. A layover in Manchester with 12 hours delay. We made a mistake when we bought the tickets and the English accent was hard for me to understand.

The worst flight I ever had…

Last time I played in Cairo! I didn´t get much sleep the night before and when we arrived, we decided to visit the city. Doctor Dru and Rodriguez .jr were also there. We had a great time but my flight back was really early in the morning, right after playing… Again no time to sleep!

This trip made me think a lot and change some habits. After that day I stopped drinking. That was 8 months ago.
