In the competitive world of dance music events come and go, each with their own level of success. Needless to say it is the less creative, repeated formulas that tend to disappear first. However every now and then an event appears that has an original idea. An artistic direction. Welcome Hide & Seek.

Marked in the calendar for August 31st, Hide&Seek is the next stage in the exciting evolution of Manchester brand You&Me. The team who boast rising star Josh Baker among their impressive roster of residents, have been setting the 0161 alight over the last two years. Intimate unused venues, artistic discretion and forward thinking bookings have cemented their position as one of Manchesters leading promoters.

Situated on the outskirts of Manchester, the festival will swap the raw industrial warehouses of Manchester for the sprawling grounds of Capesthorne Hall. 100’s of acres of forest, grasslands and wildlife. The ‘Mill Wood’ section of the grounds overlooks three stunning lakes and gardens, making for a truly unique back drop.

The line up is yet to be announced. However expect all things to roll into the sun set. Stripped back minimal beats combined with heavier, darker sounds as the day progresses. Previous guests have included Apollonia both individually and as a trio, Ferro, Archie Hamilton and Voigtman. So if we were to guess we would expect the programme will follow a similar direction. High quality, uncompromising music identical to the brands ethos.
