Another day another dollar or in this case another Tuesday another quality under ground mix. This week we hit episode 031 courtesy of Marlon Baleci.

Marlon is a DJs DJ. An accolade that can be worn with pride. His record selection and ability to dive deep into different genres and sub genres makes for impressive listening. Although young, it is apparent he has a natural synergy with the music which he is able to convey to the various dance floors he is booked to move.

Based in Teesside, Marlon started DJing whilst living in Leeds. As things progressed his raw talent saw him quickly lock down the airwaves of the various Leeds radio stations. One thing lead another and he got a slot at the Old Red Bus Station. Fast forward to 2019 and Marlon Baleci is a resident at one of Leeds premier parties, A Grade as well as regularly playing at major venues like Wire & Distrkt Bar.

Leeds is one of, if not the UK’s dance capital so standing out in this fertile scene is an accolade that should be applauded. Marlon’s mix features a mix of chuggy rollers, groovy electro and some heavier hip shakers. So turn it up and play it loud.
